How do I sync Xiaohongshu note data to a Feishu Base? (2026)
With 1 “Send HTTP request” step in a Base automation you can call DataXAPI: when a row with a note link is added, read its title, likes, comments and favorites and write them back to that row, at $0.0200 a note. Feishu says this step is meant for developers, and a search result cannot be split into rows there. DataXAPI reads Xiaohongshu (RedNote) with 21 endpoints, from $0.0200 a call; a failed call is not charged.

Three steps
1. Make a table with a note link field, plus fields for the title, likes, comments and favorites. The link can be pasted as it is, with its xsec_token or as a share link.
2. Add an automation that runs on a new row. Add “Send HTTP request”: method GET, URL https://api.dataxapi.com/v1/xiaohongshu/notes/get, query parameter url set to the link field, header Authorization set to Bearer and your key. Set the response to be read as JSON.
3. Add a step that changes the record, and write data.item.title, data.item.metrics.likes, data.item.metrics.comments and data.item.metrics.favorites to their fields. Note details carry no read count: that is in xiaohongshu.pgy.creators.notes.list.

What it comes to
100 notes read once are 100 calls at $0.0200, $2. A failed call is not charged, and the key is in the automation, so give it a daily limit. These steps follow Feishu's documents as read on the date below; names on its screens may differ.
