How do I export Xiaohongshu (RedNote) data?
Take it page by page with DataXAPI's Xiaohongshu endpoints: note search and details, a creator's notes, comments and replies, and PGY creator data all come back in one JSON shape. Without code, the command line writes results to a file, and Skills turn comments and keyword searches straight into a CSV table. DataXAPI reads Xiaohongshu (RedNote) with 21 endpoints, from $0.0200 a call; a failed call is not charged.
What you can export
Notes found by keyword, a note's whole text, hashtags and images, a creator's notes, the comments and replies under a note, Xiaohongshu's trending list, PGY creators' rates, performance and audiences, and products with their reviews. All of it is publicly visible data; you never sign in to Xiaohongshu.
Three ways to export
In code: each call returns one page, with the list in data.items; pass page.next_cursor back as cursor for the next page, within the hour the cursor is good for. Every page is a call charged on its own.
On the command line: dataxapi call with --pages walks several pages, --max-spend caps the cost, and --out writes the result to a JSON file. With a Skill: dataxapi run comments takes a note's comments and dataxapi run mentions searches a page of notes by keyword; --out writes either as a CSV.
Before you export
The text in search results is the excerpt on the card, not the whole note: get the whole text from the note endpoint by ID. A note ID is 24 hexadecimal characters; the note endpoint also takes a long web link, but not short links or share texts.
A note that does not exist is answered not found and not charged; a search with no results, or a note without comments, is an empty result and is charged.
Endpoints
Each with its price; every page has the parameters, the fields and a recorded response.
