Can I get my money back?

No. Top-ups are final. That is why you can start with a free trial and a $10 top-up, your balance never expires, and failed calls are never charged. If we charge you by mistake, we put the amount back on your balance.

Does my balance expire?

No. Balance you top up does not expire. There is no monthly fee and no minimum spend, so a quiet month costs nothing.

Am I charged for an empty result?

It depends on the endpoint, and each one says which before you call: the price list above has a column for it. Looking up one object that does not exist is never charged.

Can I cap what a key spends?

Yes. Each key can carry a daily, monthly or total limit, an expiry date and the list of endpoints it may call. You can also send X-Max-Price with a call: if the call could cost more, it does not run and nothing is charged.

How do I pay?

By card, Apple Pay or Alipay, from $10. Prices and your balance are in US dollars and exclude tax; with Alipay the payment page shows the amount in RMB. The Console keeps your top-ups and a day-by-day record of what was spent.

Will prices change?
