Questions
Why do I need to sign in?
Each lookup is a real call and costs $0.0020. Nothing on this site makes a call for a visitor who is not signed in. Signing in takes an email address, and the lookup then runs on your own balance.
Which links work?
A link to one YouTube post or video, as the address bar shows it (for example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ), or its ID.
Which videos have a transcript?
Videos the platform has captions or a transcript for. One without comes back empty.
Can I get plain text?
Yes. The result has the whole text in one field, and the timed segments beside it.
