Can DataXAPI issue an invoice, and how do I pay in US dollars? (2026)
There is no Chinese VAT invoice (发票), so a company that needs one to claim expenses may find it does not fit. Each payment does have a receipt, and Stripe checkout adds no tax at present. You can pay by bank card or Alipay; with Alipay you pay the RMB amount the page shows. Top-ups start at $10, and the balance does not expire. DataXAPI reads Xiaohongshu (RedNote) with 21 endpoints, from $0.0200 a call; a failed call is not charged.

Invoices and receipts
Prices and the balance are in US dollars. The price page says prices exclude tax; at present nothing is added at Stripe checkout. A receipt shows that a payment was made and is not a Chinese VAT invoice, so ask your finance team whether it is enough before you top up. If it must be a VAT invoice, or a company contract, choose a supplier that gives one.
Paying without US dollars
No dollar account is needed. Pick an amount from $10 and choose Alipay on the payment page: scan the code, or switch to Alipay on your phone, and pay the RMB amount shown there. The money reaches your balance once the payment succeeds. A bank card works too. There is no subscription and no renewal, the balance does not expire, and the console keeps your top-ups and each day's spending.
To try first, the free credit of $0.10 needs no card.
