How do I export all of a Xiaohongshu creator's notes to Excel? (2026)
Page through xiaohongshu.users.notes.list with the creator's profile link, then turn the result into a table. At about 20 notes a page and $0.0200 a page, 500 notes come to $0.50. That gives the first 100 characters of each note; the whole text for all 500 adds $10. DataXAPI reads Xiaohongshu (RedNote) with 21 endpoints, from $0.0200 a call; a failed call is not charged.

How to do it
On the command line: dataxapi call xiaohongshu.users.notes.list url=PROFILE_LINK --pages 25 --max-spend 0.5 --out notes.json. It stops when the pages run out or at the limit. Or tell your AI: “Get all the notes of this creator and make them a spreadsheet, one note a row: title, text, likes, saves, comments, shares, time.”
In your own code, pass page.next_cursor back as cursor until page.has_more is false. A cursor is good for an hour. The result is JSON, so a few lines of code, or your AI, make it a CSV or an Excel file.
What 500 notes come to
A page can hold up to 30, so the list can come to less. A failed call is not charged.
| You want | Calls | Comes to |
|---|---|---|
| Titles, first 100 characters, likes, saves, comments, shares, time | 25 pages × $0.0200 | $0.50 |
| All of that with the whole text | + 500 × $0.0200 | $10.50 |
| Reads too, if the creator is on PGY | 63 pages of 8 × $0.0400 | $2.52 on its own |
Good to know
The note list and the note details have no read counts. Xiaohongshu's PGY (蒲公英) gives them through xiaohongshu.pgy.creators.notes.list, which takes the PGY creator ID from xiaohongshu.pgy.creators.search. What you read is public; republishing it is another matter, so keep to the law and the author's rights.
Endpoints
Each with its price; every page has the parameters, the fields and a recorded response.
