Making the plugin
Log in to the developer platform; its documents call it the older version of 扣子编程, and 回到旧版 at the top right of 扣子编程's home page leads there. Choose a workspace, then Library (资源库), +Resource (+资源), Plugin (插件). Give it a name and choose MCP as its type. Then fill these in.
