How do I export Douyin comments in bulk to find what users want? (2026)
List the videos, take each one's comments page by page, and give the table to your AI to sort by need. One page of an account's videos and 5 pages of comments under each of its 20 videos are 101 calls at $0.0020: $0.202, for about 2,000 comments. DataXAPI reads Douyin with 36 endpoints, from $0.0020 a call; a failed call is not charged.

How to do it
Pick the videos: douyin.users.videos.list for an account's, or douyin.videos.search at $0.0200 a page, about 8 videos, for a topic's. Then, for each video: dataxapi run comments platform=douyin id=VIDEO_ID pages=5 --out comments.csv writes a table of comment ID, text, commenter, likes, replies and time. A run takes up to 10 pages.
Then ask your AI: “Read these comments. List what people ask for or wish existed, such as ‘is there one that’, ‘where can I buy’, ‘can it’, with how many times each comes up and a line in their own words.” With DataXAPI connected, one sentence can do the whole thing.
Good to know
Each page is one call. Replies are separate, through douyin.comments.replies.list, at $0.0020 for about 20. A failed call is not charged. Commenters' names are personal information: leave them out of what you share.
Endpoints
Each with its price; every page has the parameters, the fields and a recorded response.
