How to look up a Douyin creator's Xingtu rate card
2 endpoints do it: Douyin Xingtu creator search → Douyin Xingtu creator rate card. The worked example below is 6 calls and costs $0.204 in all; a failed call is not charged.
Find creators on Xingtu, Douyin's own marketplace for sponsored content, by name, then get each one's rate card: the rate for every kind of sponsored work, how it is settled, and whether they take it now. Useful for comparing rates and shortlisting creators before a campaign.
Step 1: Douyin Xingtu creator search
Search Xingtu creators by words in their name, 20 a page. Each item's id is the Xingtu creator ID the next step takes. Add view=full to see up front what a 21 to 60 second video and a video over 60 seconds cost (ext.rate_21_60s, ext.rate_over_60s) and the views expected of one (ext.expected_views), for a first cut.

Step 2: Douyin Xingtu creator rate card
Put the Xingtu creator ID into id to get the creator's rate for each kind of work. Each entry of rates has the kind of work (name), the rate (amount) and how it is settled (settlement); open says whether they take that kind of work now.

Good to know
- A Xingtu creator ID is a string of digits and is not the Douyin account ID; the other Xingtu endpoints take it too. Search results carry no Douyin account ID or handle (
account_id,username): get them from the Xingtu creator profile, by ID. currencygives the currency of the rates. A kind of work with no fixed rate (one settled by views, say) has anullamount.- Search matches creators' names, not what they post about; a
page.next_cursoris good for an hour. A search with no results is charged; a rate card that cannot be found is not.
