Usage notes

Good for

Use it to track the latest Weibo discussion around a keyword.

Not for

Do not use it for popularity-ranked search, user search, or complete history.

Known limitations

Results are roughly newest first, not ranked by popularity; the body is in text and long posts may be truncated.
Page-number paging can repeat or skip items between pages.
Deleted, private, or restricted content is absent.
Nested objects such as the author are returned as upstream sends them, minus tokens, account-binding flags, privacy settings, and tracking fields; avatar and media links inside them may expire.
