Complaints, Restrictions and Data Rights

rights-2026-09-12.1

Effective: 2026-09-17.

1. You need not be a customer

If content returned by DataXAPI affects your privacy, copyright or other rights, use the public complaint route or rights@dataxapi.com without registering or purchasing. For account access, correction, export or deletion, contact privacy@dataxapi.com. For ordinary billing and usage, contact support@dataxapi.com.

2. Information to provide

Identify the platform, specific object URL/ID, your relationship to the object or right, the issue, requested action and a reply email. Include a Request ID or Case ID if available. Representatives should provide only the material necessary to establish relevant authority.

Identity documents are not required by default. Do not submit full card numbers, passwords, API keys, private sessions or unrelated sensitive material. Where verification is needed, we first try less intrusive methods such as sessions, email or public associations, requesting proportionate further information only when necessary.

3. Handling and review

A successful submission provides a Case ID to retain for follow-up. We assess the object, scope, rights basis and existing status, seeking more information where needed. Actions may include correcting account information, restricting objects or creators, pausing an endpoint, exporting/deleting data, or explaining why the requested action cannot be taken.

Credible urgent risks may justify temporary restrictions before investigation is complete. A complaint alone does not prove illegality or fault. We act or explain progress within applicable deadlines and provide decisions to the extent we can disclose them. Request review through the original Case or contact address with new evidence or identification errors.

Evidence and contact details are not automatically disclosed to API callers. Necessary verification with others uses the minimum information, subject to legal requirements and valid procedures. Public status and API responses should not expose private complaint material.

4. Account export

Authenticated account settings support export requests. Exports cover applicable account/workspace information, credential metadata, balances/accounting, orders, Usage and support records disclosable to you. Files require the corresponding account’s valid session rather than a public download link.

Exports exclude plaintext API keys, login tokens, other accounts’ information, supplier secrets, raw supplier responses and expired results. Restrictions needed for financial retention, security or others’ rights are handled and explained under applicable rules, not used to reject every reasonable request. Contact privacy support if sign-in is unavailable.

5. Account deletion

After you read the deletion notice and explicitly confirm in settings, new calls, top-ups and key creation stop and product credentials are revoked. The process first reconciles purchased credit, reserved amounts, unfinished payments, refunds and disputes. Purchase money follows the Refund Policy; promotional credit is not refunded as cash.

After applicable financial handling, the process completes identity deletion, required business-data cleanup and minimal records preventing reactivation after recovery. Pending or failed work is reported truthfully; removal of login identity alone is not presented as completion. You can contact support with existing Case information after sign-out; knowing a Case ID alone does not grant access to private materials.

Minimal financial/security records required by law or unresolved matters are isolated from active-account data under the Privacy Policy. Restoring an old backup does not automatically restore spending rights. Deletion and re-registration do not renew trial eligibility.

6. Scope of restrictions

DataXAPI restrictions apply to delivery and subsequent retries through this service. They do not delete content from the original platform or other websites or guarantee recall of copies already obtained. Use the original platform’s rights channel for source removal. Restrictions are reapplied during recovery, not bypassed through a different supplier.

This process does not replace your right to seek lawful remedies from regulators, courts or other appropriate channels.
