Terms of Use & Privacy Notice
This service is operated by Aurevant LLC (Wyoming, USA). The production site is https://dataxapi.com, and the production API is https://api.dataxapi.com. Disclosure legal-2026-09-17 is effective 2026-09-17; a versioned review record dated 2026-09-17 is bound to the current disclosure content. That record proves version integrity; it does not replace ongoing professional judgment for the actual business and jurisdictions.
Service scope
DataXAPI provides APIs for public social and content data. Users can create an account with email. New accounts that complete email verification and meet trial eligibility can receive one ¥0.3 promotional credit; promotional credit has no cash value and is non-refundable. CNY balance top-ups are not currently available, and the product will not create a real payment. Exact API service addendum api-service-2026-09-12.1 applies.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful processing of currently public data. Do not attempt to access private or deleted content, bypass platform controls, misuse personal information, attack the service, or resell your API key. Each endpoint page controls its disclosed limits and charging conditions.
Service, charges, and refunds
APIs may degrade or pause when upstream conditions change. Each endpoint charges the price shown before execution only for the billable result disclosed on its detail page. Failures are not charged; whether a partial or empty result is charged follows the contract shown on that page before execution. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a specific result count, ranking outcome, or future API. The payment entry point remains closed until real top-ups are available. The merchant is DataXAPI（Aurevant LLC 授权负责人的 Stripe 账户）, and the statement descriptor is DATAXAPI. After a successful payment Stripe emails a receipt to the payer showing DataXAPI service credit, amount and order reference; the receipt is not a mainland China VAT invoice. Unused purchased credit can be refunded to the original method in the original currency; promotional credit is not refunded. Alipay refunds are subject to the payment provider's 90-day window and move to manual handling afterwards. See the Top-up and Refund Policy. Prices are CNY prices inclusive of Stripe processing fees, with no additional charge after order confirmation. Stripe commercial receipts are available; mainland China VAT invoices are not currently provided.
Data we process
To provide the service, we process email identity, workspace records, irreversible API-key hashes, usage and charge records, errors and security events, and the query or public-content identifier submitted to the selected endpoint. Requests are sent to that endpoint's fixed data provider. We do not request your cookies or social-platform login state. When you contact support, we also process the contact details and issue content you choose to provide.
Retention and processors
Normalized results are retained for up to 24 hours for safe retries, and usage metadata is retained for 90 days by default. Payment, refund, dispute and ledger records are kept to verify receipts, fulfil refunds and meet applicable accounting duties; they are not deleted with the 90-day Usage window, and only minimal records remain after a dispute closes. Security-event records, trial duplicate-prevention digests and deletion or content-restriction records are kept in isolation to prevent repeat grants and the resurrection of deleted accounts or restricted content after recovery; they are not used for unrelated purposes. Mail sent to the support, privacy and rights addresses stays in the operational inbox while a request is handled; after closure only records needed for review, disputes or applicable law are kept, and other attachments and information are deleted or de-identified. Publicly disclosed service recipients are: Vercel, Cloudflare, Cloudflare, Cloudflare R2, Supabase, Supabase, Resend, Stripe, Google Mail, Sentry, PostHog. Cookies and local storage
Authentication and security may use essential session storage. We do not show a false consent banner when non-essential analytics are disabled. Cookie policy cookies-2026-09-12.1 applies.
