1. Permitted scope
This Policy covers the DataXAPI website, console, APIs and their use in your applications. With appropriate rights and a lawful purpose, permitted uses include public-content retrieval, content research, brand and market analysis, and application development. Data access does not automatically grant redistribution, commercial resale, training or other rights in underlying content.
Comply with applicable law, platform rules binding on you and endpoint contracts. Limit collection and retention to what your purpose needs, rather than collecting without limit merely because an endpoint returns data.
2. Prohibited uses
- Retrieving private accounts, private messages, deleted or other non-public content; bypassing authentication, access, payment or rights restrictions; submitting platform passwords, cookies or private login credentials.
- Harassment, stalking, doxxing or exposure of private identities/contact details; dossiers for personal surveillance, discriminatory decisions or sensitive-trait inference; high-risk collection targeting minors.
- Collecting, disclosing or trading personal information without an appropriate basis; infringing copyright, trademarks or other rights; presenting API availability as official authorization or unrestricted permission.
- Fake engagement, spam, fraud, impersonation, unlawful activity or helping others evade imposed restrictions.
- Attacks, cross-account access attempts, malware, rate-limit evasion, deliberate cost abuse, or public sale/rental of API keys.
- Repeated registration, falsified email/identity associations or deletion and re-registration to repeat trial grants; falsified payment, refund, complaint or authorization evidence.
If results unexpectedly contain sensitive or private information, stop further distribution and report the minimum locating information to rights@dataxapi.com. Do not collect more such content merely to demonstrate the issue.
3. Integration responsibilities
You may use results in your own application within applicable permissions and this Policy, constrain end-user uses accordingly and protect server-side keys. Do not use your account as an unrestricted anonymous resale channel. Your own databases, publication and model use require their own rights and notices; this Policy does not replace them.
4. Enforcement, reporting and review
We respond proportionately to evidence and risk, including rate limits, object restrictions, endpoint suspension or credential revocation. Urgent security or rights risks may require restriction before investigation. Where permitted and compatible with security, we explain reasons and review routes. A complaint is not automatically treated as proven, and responsibility is not wholly shifted to users.
Report abuse or rights violations to rights@dataxapi.com. Account/trial reviews can go to support@dataxapi.com. Include relevant objects, Request IDs or Case IDs and concise facts, not unnecessary identity documents or secret credentials. Ordinary refund, complaint and privacy requests are not misuse. Restrictions do not automatically forfeit unused purchase money; financial matters follow the Refund Policy.
