1. Service and agreement
DataXAPI is operated by Aurevant LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company with its registered address at 32 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”), through dataxapi.com and provides APIs for public social and content data, documentation and an account console. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Top-up and Refund Policy and Exact API Service Addendum describe your rights and obligations.
Read the relevant rules before creating an account or purchasing. Do not create an account or purchase if you disagree. Anyone acting for an organization must have authority to do so. The service is for developers and business users with the legal capacity required for their use; it is not directed to children. The initial release is priced in CNY and primarily serves Chinese-speaking users. Website access does not establish availability of every region, endpoint or payment method.
Each endpoint page describes status, version, inputs, output scope, price and charging conditions. Those specific descriptions and the Addendum apply to the corresponding call, subject to mandatory law. Other products do not share this product’s balance or entitlements merely because they use the same company or payment service.
2. Accounts and API keys
Sign in using an email address that can receive verification codes. Protect your email, sessions and API keys. Do not expose keys in public repositories or untrusted applications. Revoke compromised keys promptly and contact support@dataxapi.com. We review unauthorized access and charges on their facts rather than automatically assigning every loss to you.
API keys authorize permitted data calls, not account administration, top-ups or refunds. You may integrate the API into applications you are entitled to operate, but may not sell or rent keys or bypass account, rate or purpose restrictions. Your end users must also comply with applicable data-use rules.
An eligible new user with a verified email may receive CNY 0.3 in promotional credit once. Repeated registration or deletion and re-registration of the same normalized email does not renew eligibility. Anti-abuse controls may restrict trials; request review through the applicable appeal route or support if a decision appears incorrect. A zero balance does not remove account-information, support or data-rights channels.
3. Purchases and charges
The initial release uses CNY service credit consumed per call, with CNY 50 and CNY 100 top-ups and no automatic renewal. We display payment amount, credit and available methods before purchase. Credit follows verified payment confirmation, not merely a success-page redirect.
Calls settle at the applicable endpoint price and charging conditions. Failed executions incur no service charge for that execution. Empty and partial-result charging follows the pre-execution endpoint description. A network timeout can leave the outcome unconfirmed: check the original request or retry with the same idempotency identifier as documented. Not every repeated submission is a free retry. Billing corrections and refunds follow the Refund Policy.
Price changes apply to subsequent new orders or executions, not existing order quotes or settled calls. Credit is for this product’s service consumption; it does not provide person-to-person transfers, cross-product transfers or interest. Refunds are processed against original orders.
4. Data and content rights
We provide retrieval and normalization, not ownership of underlying content. Platform names and marks belong to their owners. Offering an API does not establish official status or platform endorsement.
Results may involve copyright, trademarks, personal information and platform rules. Public availability does not create unrestricted republication, resale, database or model-training rights. You must establish rights for your intended use and meet applicable duties to your end users. We remain responsible for our own security, billing, supplier selection and complaint handling; your obligations do not remove our legal responsibilities.
5. Changes and restrictions
Sources may change, be delayed, return incomplete results or become unavailable. We do not guarantee rankings, result counts, business outcomes or uninterrupted availability. Paused endpoints must not accept new paid executions. Material availability changes are explained through endpoint pages, status pages or service notices. Alternative endpoints must be explicitly described and satisfy their own contracts; equivalent automatic replacement is not promised.
We may apply proportionate rate limits, key revocation, content restrictions or account suspension for suspected attacks, abuse, rights violations or legal requirements. Where we can, we explain the reason and review route. Ordinary complaints, refund requests and privacy requests are not grounds for punishment. Unused purchased credit remains subject to refund rules and law, rather than automatic forfeiture on suspension.
6. Responsibility and disputes
We take reasonable steps to maintain the service and correct confirmed errors. Platform changes, your network or third-party failures may affect results, but do not automatically remove our responsibility for our own conduct. No exclusion removes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or mandatory consumer rights.
You may contact support@dataxapi.com to discuss a dispute. Doing so is not a prerequisite to seeking remedies from your bank, regulator or court. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If mandatory law where you live, including consumer-protection rules, gives you greater protection, that protection is not affected by this clause. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waiver of statutory remedies.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any single event or series of related events will not exceed the fees you actually paid us for the service in the 12 months before the dispute arose. This cap does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or to our intent or gross negligence, and it does not reduce refunds due under the Refund Policy.
7. Deletion, termination and changes
Request export or deletion under the Data Rights Notice. Confirmed deletion stops new calls, top-ups and key creation; pending payments, refunds and disputes must be reconciled. Deletion does not erase financial obligations or guarantee deletion of copies downloaded by you or others.
If we discontinue the service, we explain arrangements for accounts and unused purchased credit. Material policy changes are notified through the website or appropriate service notices, with renewed consent where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights in completed transactions. Both language versions intend the same rules; ambiguity must not reduce mandatory rights. Support: support@dataxapi.com; privacy: privacy@dataxapi.com; rights complaints: rights@dataxapi.com.
