Use it for one bounded page of directly relevant public comments from an already relevant account.

Not for

Do not use it for monitoring, deanonymization, sensitive profiling, lifetime archiving, or representative claims.

Known limitations

One page is not a complete account history or stable opinion profile.
Missing parent context is not manufactured.
Only a DataXAPI-signed cursor can continue the same user, sort, and page size.
