Usage notes

Good for

Use it when you know an Instagram username and need the public profile and scale.

Not for

Do not use it for private-account content, stories, DMs, or signed-in data.

Known limitations

Follower and following counts are under edge_followed_by.count and edge_follow.count.
Usernames can change; store the returned id for long-term tracking.
Counts are point-in-time public snapshots, not live or historical trends.

¥0.02 per call. Nonempty complete results are charged; empty, partial, and failed results are not.
