Use it when the video and root comment are known and you need the replies.

Not for

Do not use it to discover top-level comments or for danmaku.

Known limitations

The BV ID and comment ID must belong to the same public thread.
Page-number paging can repeat or skip items between pages.
Deleted, private, or restricted content is absent.
