- 需要跟踪一个公开账号近期收到的公开提及。
不适合
- 不用于私信、完整舆情、历史归档或情感结论。
已知限制
- 真实首屏观测为 20 条并提供 Cursor，顺序为当前上游返回的提及时间倒序。
- 可选 since_time 和 until_time 使用 Unix 秒，并被绑定进不可跨查询复用的 Cursor。
- 这是独立 Mentions Endpoint，不用通用搜索参数伪装新接口。
