不适合
- 不用于下载归档、私密媒体、版权授权判断或用户 Mentions。
已知限制
- 真实首屏观测为 19 条且提供 Cursor，但不保证覆盖完整媒体历史。
- 只保留 HTTPS 媒体地址和公开白名单字段，不转发 Provider 内部字段。
- 上游媒体页可能返回没有可映射媒体对象的 Tweet；此时媒体数组为空，不伪造 URL。
- 只返回该账号自己发布的媒体 Tweet；提及该账号的内容请使用「X 用户 Mentions」接口。
