# What do Xiaohongshu error codes 300011, 300012 and 300013 mean? (2026)

300011, 300012 and 300013 are codes in the answer when Xiaohongshu's web requests are refused: their messages speak of an abnormal account, a network problem and abnormal access frequency. We found no public explanation from Xiaohongshu beyond those messages. With a data API no account or network of yours is in the request, and a failed call is not charged. DataXAPI reads Xiaohongshu (RedNote) with 21 endpoints, from $0.0200 a call; a failed call is not charged.

## What each one says

These are messages as users and open-source code report them, not a list from Xiaohongshu. Names such as `IP_BLOCK` are how those projects read a code, not what Xiaohongshu calls it.

## Why you run into them

They show up when your own program or tool reads Xiaohongshu with a logged-in account or a browser of yours. The word “restart” in a message does not tell you what to change, and the reports differ in what was being read. How to get past them is not something we cover.

## If you would rather not deal with them

Call `xiaohongshu.notes.search` with a keyword, or `xiaohongshu.notes.get` with a link, at $0.0200. You send your key; no account, cookie or proxy of yours. 100 notes read by link come to $2. If a call fails you get an error and pay nothing, and you decide when to try again.
