# What is Douyin Xingtu? Xingtu (巨量星图, xingtu.cn) is Douyin's own marketplace for sponsored content, where brands and agencies find creators, see their rates and figures, and place orders. DataXAPI reads creators' Xingtu profiles, rate cards, audiences, performance and scores by Xingtu creator ID. DataXAPI reads Douyin with 36 endpoints, from $0.0020 a call; a failed call is not charged. ## What it is and who uses it Its home page calls it the service platform of Douyin's marketing ecosystem. It serves four kinds of users: clients (brands and agencies), creators, MCNs (the agencies creators sign with) and service providers. It is run by Wuhan Juliang Xingtu Technology Co., Ltd. (武汉巨量星图科技有限公司), and its settlement rules count Douyin, Xigua Video, Douyin Huoshan and Toutiao among its main apps. ## Rates and fees Creators set their own rates, or their MCN sets them. A rate can be changed to take effect at once once a month, or without limit to take effect on the 1st of next month; a rate below half of the platform's suggested rate may not take effect. Since 2026-08-18 a short video's fixed rate is no longer one of three by length but one of two by how far the work is made for the brand: the former 21–60 second rate became the **integrated video** rate (植入视频), the former over-60 second rate the **custom video** rate (定制视频). The notice does not say what became of the 1–20 second rate. Xingtu charges clients a service fee of 5% on assigned, co-creation and recruitment tasks and 10% on submission tasks, and creators 5%, or 3% for an MCN. ## What its figures mean After a task, its help centre defines CPM as the task amount over views, times 1,000; CPE as the task amount over likes plus comments plus shares; and completion rate as complete plays over plays. Figures are updated until the 45th day after the video is published. Before a task, the expected CPM is worked out from the creator's latest rate and recent expected views. As its in-page help puts it, the expected views leave out traffic bought with ads, and the engagement rate is interactions over views across all of the last 30 days' videos, sponsored or not. ## What you can get through DataXAPI `douyin.xingtu.creators.search` finds creators by words in their name and gives the Xingtu creator ID the others take. `douyin.xingtu.creators.rates.get` gives the rate and settlement of each kind of work; `douyin.xingtu.creators.metrics` the last 30 or 90 days' median views, engagement and completion rates and expected CPM and CPE; `douyin.xingtu.creators.audience.get` who follows the creator; `douyin.xingtu.creators.scores.get` the six Xingtu scores. Some field names keep the old rate types: `ext.rate_21_60s` and `cpe_21_60s` are of what Xingtu now calls the integrated video, `ext.rate_over_60s` and `cpe_over_60s` of the custom video. ## What it cannot give Placing an order, and the post-campaign figures of your own orders: those stay in your Xingtu account. Search matches creators' names, not what they post about. A Xingtu creator ID is not the Douyin account's ID.
