# How do I spot complaints about my brand on Xiaohongshu at low cost? (2026) 1 brand comes to about $0.32 a day, $9.60 a month: search xiaohongshu.notes.search for your name with words like 避雷 and 差评, newest first, read the comments under the new notes with xiaohongshu.notes.comments.list, and let your AI pick out the complaints. Replies are a separate call, `xiaohongshu.comments.replies.list`, at $0.0200. 3. Sort. Say to your AI: “Keep only what is really about this brand. Group it by product, delivery or service, and order it by likes. For each, give the link and a line in the person's own words, without names.” Send what is left to the group that handles it. 4. Follow a note that is growing: `xiaohongshu.notes.get` reads its counts again, at $0.0200, to see whether it is still spreading. ## What it does not do This page is only about finding out.
