# How to find Kuaishou video and user ids (2026)

A video ID is the part starting with 3x after kuaishou.com/short-video/ in its web link; a user ID is digits, not the Kuaishou handle. With only a v.kuaishou.com short link or the whole share text, give it to DataXAPI's video details endpoint as it is, $0.0020, and the answer carries the video's and the author's IDs. ## What do the two IDs look like?

A comment ID comes in the comment endpoint's answer and goes with the video ID to get replies.
