# Kuaishou data API: videos, users and comments (2026)

Kuaishou Open Platform reads the authorising user's own videos, and its documents list no comment or search endpoint; to find videos by keyword and read any video's details and comments or any account's videos, use a third-party data API. DataXAPI has 8 Kuaishou endpoints: a video's details or a page of its comments is $0.0020, a page of video search $0.0200. The free trial covers up to 333 calls; a failed call is not charged.

## Does Kuaishou have an official API?

Yes. Kuaishou Open Platform needs a qualification first, with company, legal representative and admin details, before an app can be made. Its video endpoints (`/openapi/photo/list`, `/openapi/photo/info`) read the authorising user's own videos, up to 200 a page; we found no comment or search endpoint in its documents.

## What do DataXAPI's Kuaishou endpoints return?

A video ID is the part of its link that starts with 3x; a user ID is digits (not the Kuaishou handle). With only a link or share text, paste it into `url` as it is.

## What makes scraping Kuaishou hard?

The web pages want a device identity (parameters such as `did` and `kww`) and a login, and ask for verification once requests come fast. With a data API you send a key: no account, cookie or device.
